Work & Team · Decide yes/no
Hire / no-hire decision — anonymous scores, joint confirmation
Debriefs drift toward whoever speaks first. With this session each interviewer scores every candidate 0–100 privately — the Score method — and the results appear together when scoring closes. The panel then confirms the outcome as a group before it stands. Anonymous scores, a shared decision, and a record of how strong the support really was.

How it works
- Score — Give each option a 0–100 score, independently.
- Sealed ballots — results are revealed when the round ends.
- Collects opinions — no required outcome.
- Anonymous — Nobody can see who voted what — before or after.
- Require every participant to confirm their vote before the result is final
