Prioritize a list as a team — one agreed order
The backlog is long and everyone has a different first item. Instead of arguing line by line, each person puts the whole list in their own order — the Order method — and the group's combined order appears once everyone is done. Names stay visible, so you can talk about the differences afterwards. Good for roadmaps, agendas, and 'what do we tackle first' conversations.
