Find a meeting time that works — vote on candidate slots
Three time zones, two calendars each, and a meeting that keeps slipping. Add the candidate slots as options; each person approves every slot they can make — the Shortlist method — and the results appear together when the round closes. The slot with the most approvals is your meeting. Names visible, so you can see who the runner-up would leave out.
