Retention and limits
How long sessions are kept
Nanovote is built for deciding, not archiving: sessions are kept for 60 days after they finish — or after their last activity, for sessions that never completed — and are then removed entirely: options, votes, results, chat and images together. Decide together, note the outcome wherever your team keeps decisions, and move on.
Deleting your account removes your personal data right away; the encrypted session content you shared with others stays available to those participants until the session itself ages out. Details in the Privacy Policy.
Session limits
- Up to 100 participants per session.
- Up to 35 options per session (date polls instead cover every day of the chosen range).
- Up to 5 active sessions at a time per creator — close or complete a session to start the next.
- Up to 5 saved templates per account.
Where a limit applies, the app says so at the exact point it applies — nothing else about a session changes.
